We are looking for Candidate Appraisers to join our amazing team.
Responsibilities:
Make on-site inspection visits to properties
Interview and communicate with clients
Use appraisal knowledge to evaluate properties
Write and document thorough appraisal reports
Approve appraisals and ensure properties are valued properly
Keep track of all necessary documents needed for the appraisal process.
Skills:
Strong research and analytical skills
Mathematical and financial skills
Firm understanding of construction materials and building techniques
Knowledge of current industry regulations, rules, and standards
Thorough knowledge of appraisal process, methodology, and requirements
Possess a professional work ethic, be able to think outside the box and problem solve as necessary, have expert communication skills, proficient professional writing and editing skills, and be able to work in a fast paced environment, prioritizing tasks while often working on multiple projects.
